The Summer's Bounty September Show (Neenah)

46th Annual Juried Exhibit
The Hardy Gallery, Door County
's oldest and most unique visual arts gallery, offers a highly visible, accessible space for artists to exhibit their work. Art Fair in Library Park (Kenosha)
The Friends of the Kenosha Public Museum announce the 44th Annual Art Fair in Library Park on Sunday, July 20, 2008, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Applications for artists are available at the Kenosha Public Museum.
$1,700 in cash and purchase prizes will be awarded this year. Artists working in painting, sculpture, photography, jewelry, metal, ceramics, basketry, woodwork, stained glass, leather, quilting, weaving clothing or other medium are welcome to enter. This is a juried show and limited spaces are available. Each exhibitor is allotted 18 feet of frontage space. All materials are provided by the exhibitor. The registration fee is $85 before the May 1 deadline.

2nd Annual Open Air Festival of the Arts (Eau Claire)
Saturday, June 14,2008, at Phoenix Park in Eau Claire, Wis.
This art fair is held along the Chippewa River at Phoenix Park, in unison with the Eau Claire Downtown Farmers' Market.
Featuring artwork on display and for sale by regional artists from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with performances throughout the day. There will be food and children's activities, including a People Powered Procession and a concert from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Labyrinth. Seeking fine art vendors (max. 100), performers of all kinds, poets, public art and community involvement. We are currently accepting submissions and proposals for this event.

Racine Art Guild’s annual Starving Artist Fair
This well-attended fine art fair is located near the shores of Lake Michigan in Racine, Wis. Date is August 3, 2008.
Artists are welcome to inquire about participation. There is a non-refundable jury fee of $10. The booth fee is $85.

21st Annual Northern National Art Competition
Open to artists 18 and over living in the U.S. working in any 2-D medium. Over $8,500 in prize money. Three $1,000 Awards of Excellence. Entry by 35 mm slide or digital images on CD. Digital images must be PC compatible jpeg files no larger than 300 dpi at approximately 4 x 6 inches.
Judge: Terry Suhre, curator of Gallery 210 at the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
Entries must be postmarked by May 16, 2008. Gala opening reception July 22. Exhibit runs July 22–September 11. Prospectus available mid January.
